It's a technical classification — coffee scoring above 80 points on the SCA scale, sourced from verified origins, processed and roasted with care at every step of the chain. At Gluten Glory, we serve specialty coffee from Bob Coffee Lab — one of Romania's most respected roasters, known for consistency, careful sourcing, and quality roasting.

Bob Coffee Lab works directly with farms, controls the roasting process, and delivers a consistent product — exactly what we need in a bakery where the coffee has to match the standard of the sourdough on the counter.

What You'll Find

At Gluten Glory we serve espresso and espresso-based drinks — flat white, cappuccino, cortado, latte. For those who want to taste the real profile of the coffee, we also have filter coffee. In season, cold brew and iced drinks. Alternative milks available — oat, soy, almond.

For Work, and For Brunch

During the week, Gluten Glory works as a quiet space to get things done. Open from 8:00 Monday to Friday — earlier than most cafés in Bucharest — we offer Wi-Fi, a calm atmosphere, and coffee that doesn't disappoint at the first cup of the morning.

On weekends, the atmosphere shifts. Saturday and Sunday from 9:00, the space becomes a brunch destination — full tables, full menu, reservation recommended.
