Brunch & Opening Hours
Do you serve brunch all day?
Yes. Our brunch menu is available throughout the day — Monday to Friday from 8:00, weekends from 9:00.
What are your opening hours?
Monday–Friday: 8:00–18:00
Saturday–Sunday: 9:00–17:00

Do you serve breakfast early on weekdays?
Yes. We open Monday to Friday from 8:00 — earlier than most brunch spots in Bucharest. A good option before the office.
Reservations
Do I need a reservation?
No. We welcome walk-ins at all times and always do our best to find you a table. For weekends and larger groups, a reservation via ialoc.ro is recommended — but never required. If you show up without one, always ask.
Sourdough Bread
Are you a gluten-free bakery?
No. Gluten Glory is an artisan bakery working exclusively with wheat flour and traditional fermentation. All our products contain gluten. The name says it all — we celebrate gluten, we don't avoid it.
What makes your sourdough bread different?
Our sourdough bread is naturally fermented using a live sourdough starter for up to 48 hours. We do not use industrial yeast. The slow process develops a complex flavour profile and texture that simply cannot be achieved with faster methods. Learn more about our sourdough here.
Do you use industrial yeast?
No. Our breads are leavened exclusively with active sourdough starter — a live culture we maintain daily.
Coffee & Menu
Do you serve specialty coffee?
Yes. We serve specialty coffee from Bob Coffee Lab — one of Bucharest's most respected roasters — alongside our bakery and brunch menu. More about our coffee here.

Do you have vegan options?
Yes. We have vegan dishes such as our Green Goddess Salad, plus other plant-based options across the menu — just ask our staff if you're unsure about a specific dish.
Do you produce seasonal products?
Yes. We celebrate special occasions and seasons with unique products — reflecting our commitment to creativity and quality ingredients.
How much does brunch cost?
Most brunch dishes range from around 40 to 65 lei, with coffee and drinks starting from 12 lei. See the full menu with prices here.
Delivery
Are you available on delivery platforms?
Yes. You can order from Gluten Glory on Bolt Food, Glovo and Wolt.
Pre-orders & Pickup
Do you take phone orders?
We do not accept phone orders. For pre-orders of bread or pastries, contact us at gigi@glutenglory.ro.
Atmosphere & Facilities
Is Gluten Glory a good place to work or study?
Yes — especially on weekdays. The atmosphere Monday to Friday is calm, we have Wi-Fi, and there's no pressure to rush. Many of our regulars work from here in the mornings. Weekends are busier and focused on brunch.
Is smoking allowed?
The interior of Gluten Glory is non-smoking.
Are pets welcome?
Yes. Gluten Glory is pet-friendly.
Is Gluten Glory family-friendly?
Yes. We're a great spot for a family brunch — we welcome families with children and have menu options suitable for younger guests. Weekends are perfect for a relaxed family meal.
Does the staff speak English?
Yes. Most of our team speaks English and we're used to welcoming international guests. Gluten Glory is a foreign-friendly space.
Do you have a kids menu?
Yes. We have a dedicated kids menu — simple, predictable favourites for our smaller guests, alongside high chairs for babies.
Is there outdoor seating?
Yes. We have an outdoor terrace with seating available, weather permitting.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes. We accept card payments as well as cash.
Is Gluten Glory wheelchair and stroller accessible?
The ground floor has a wheelchair access ramp. Unfortunately, the first floor is not wheelchair-accessible due to technical constraints of the building. Strollers can be brought upstairs, and we provide baby high chairs. Our staff is always happy to help.
Private Events & Special Occasions
Do you host private events or group meals?
Yes. We organise private events, birthday meals and group gatherings. Get in touch at gigi@glutenglory.ro for availability and details.
Can you make birthday cakes?
Yes, on request. If you'd like a birthday cake for a meal at Gluten Glory, contact us in advance at gigi@glutenglory.ro, on our Instagram page or at 0712349457 and we'll find the best solution together.

How do you select your ingredients?
We prioritise the best ingredients, working with suppliers who either hold organic certification or follow sustainable practices. Quality over quantity — always.
Where do your ingredients come from?
We source locally as much as possible, supporting regional producers and minimising our carbon footprint.
Why are your paper bags not free?
We encourage reusable tote bags to reduce waste. Bring your own bag and help us keep things clean.
