It is designed for the regular customer: someone who has already worked through the main menu and wants to eat well without thinking too hard about it.<\/p>\n  <p>Each day brings a different combination \u2014 a Romanian <em>ciorb\u0103<\/em> alongside a French-style gratin, an Asian-inspired bowl followed by a Greek salad, a slow-cooked Italian braise with fresh bread from the morning bake. The kitchen decides based on what is fresh, what is seasonal, and what makes sense together.<\/p>\n  <p>It is not a fixed formula. Many of our customers come multiple times a week \u2014 for the morning coffee, for the weekend brunch, for a quick lunch between meetings.
